Rendezo is self-hosted software. For a customer using WhatsApp with a business that operates Rendezo, that business or its service provider is responsible for the data stored on its server. The Rendezo developer cannot access or delete data stored in independent buyer installations.
Rendezo is appointment-booking software built for the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. It helps a business answer booking questions, check availability and manage appointments.
Depending on the business configuration and customer messages, an installation may process:
Data is used to answer appointment-related questions, check availability, create or change appointments, send configured reminders and allow a human staff member to continue a conversation.
Buyer installations are self-hosted. Their data is stored on infrastructure selected and controlled by the business or service provider operating that installation. That operator determines its lawful basis, notices, retention period, user access and response to customer requests.
Rendezo connects to these services when configured by the operator:
Credentials are encrypted by the application. The operator remains responsible for securing its hosting account, encryption key and provider accounts.
Rendezo is not a medical diagnosis, treatment or patient-record system. Scheduling use by a clinic or dental practice does not automatically make a deployment compliant with healthcare privacy laws. Operators should limit collection to necessary scheduling details and obtain appropriate legal and security review before processing health or other sensitive information.
Customers should direct access, correction or deletion requests to the business they messaged. Only that business or its hosting service provider controls the relevant self-hosted installation.
Questions about the Rendezo website, live demonstration or software itself can be sent to cengizdonmez.dev@gmail.com.
Each operator is responsible for required privacy notices, customer consent and opt-in, opt-out handling, human escalation, data security and compliance with WhatsApp policies and applicable law.
